Uncomplaint uses server-side analytics (PostHog) to understand how the platform is used and to improve service quality. These analytics are processed on our servers and do not set any cookies in your browser.
Data collected through server-side analytics includes anonymized usage events such as page views, feature interactions, and session metadata. This data is sent to PostHog, a third-party analytics processor. See our Privacy Policy for details on data shared with processors.
We do not deploy client-side marketing, advertising, or profiling trackers. If this changes in a future release, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be introduced.
